Austin remodeling marketing that wins the job.
Project pages, local SEO, paid social and follow-up — one partner for Austin remodelers. Nobody signs a $60k remodel off one visit, so we build for the six months it actually takes to decide.

Remodeling buys differently from every other trade we work with. Four things cost you jobs.
Quoted in March, silent by June.
You spend two hours on a measure and a bid. They go quiet. Nobody follows up, because following up is somebody's job and nobody's calendar. The job goes to whoever called in week three.
Nine photos and no detail.
A $60k decision gets made on your portfolio. Nine phone snaps with no scope, no timeline and no sense of what it cost tells a homeowner nothing they can judge you on.
One page for every kind of work.
Every kind of project lives on one services page. Google can't tell what you do best, so you rank for none of them properly.
Price shoppers, not buyers.
Without a budget range anywhere on the site, you spend your week bidding against people who were never going to spend what the work costs.
Get shortlisted. Get judged fairly. Get the signature.
The remodeling decision runs over months, so the playbook runs over months too.
Get shortlisted.
A page for each kind of project you take on — renovations, additions, whole-home work — each aimed at the search a homeowner actually types. That is how you end up on a list of three instead of nowhere.
- A page per project type, not one services page
- Map-pack rank lift in 60-90 days
- Austin and the suburbs you actually serve
Get judged fairly.
Projects shown properly: what the work covered, how long it took, roughly what it cost, and before and after. A homeowner who can see what the work involved stops comparing you on price alone.
- Project pages with scope and timeline
- A price range that filters out the window shoppers
- Reviews placed where the doubt sits
Get the signature.
The quote gets followed up on a schedule instead of when someone remembers. Six months of patience, automated, so the job that went quiet comes back.
- Quote follow-up over weeks, not days
- Design inspiration that keeps you in mind
- Retargeting while they shop the other two bids
What a remodeling partnership feels like.
Three things you'll see in your quote list, your inbox and your close rate.
Quote requests with a budget attached.
The form asks project type, rough budget and timeline, so the measure you drive to is one worth driving to.

Still thinking it over? No rush
Prices for 2027 are set. Yours is held.
The bid that went quiet, revived.
A sequence that runs for months. Most remodeling jobs close long after the trail has gone cold on your end.
Lone Star Remodeling
Whole-home remodels. Fixed bids, no surprises.
A portfolio that survives comparison.
Loads fast on a phone, shows the scope and the spend, and puts the number one tap away when they're finally ready.
Everything a remodeling business needs to grow.
Every channel is run by the same in-house team, so the website, the ranking and the follow-up work together instead of five suppliers blaming each other.

What the first 12 months look like.
Remodeling has a long sales cycle, so the honest timeline is slower than HVAC and the payoff is bigger.
Foundation in place
New site live with project pages and real scope on each one. The quote form asks about budget and timeline. Follow-up sequence switched on for every bid.
Quotes start landing
Project pages starting to rank for the first searches. Quote volume up, and the bids that would have gone quiet are getting answered. Close rate starts moving before the rankings do.
Shortlisted by default
Turning up for the remodeling searches across the suburbs you serve. Reviews from finished jobs arriving steadily. Fewer price-only enquiries.
Booked out, further ahead
Quoting further into the calendar and bidding less to win more. Last year's dead bids closing, because the follow-up kept going. Average job size up, because the budget band did the filtering.
Built for the trades that built America.
We work with the US home service operators who keep American families housed, and remodeling is the longest, most considered sale among them.
Not a one-man shop
Not a freelancer juggling six accounts. A senior team across web, SEO, ads, design, automation and account management — and the people who pitch your account are the people who run it.
Built for the trades that built America
We work exclusively with US home service operators. The contractors and remodelers keeping American homes standing. We do this because we believe in it.
Specialists in your industry
We don't take e-commerce or national brand work. We know that a remodeling lead takes months to close, and we build the follow-up that survives the wait.
Every channel, one team
Web, SEO, paid social, email, branding and Siite OS — all in-house, all wired together. So each channel multiplies the next instead of fighting it.
One team, no ticket queues
Email or call — you reach the same humans every time. No outsourced support, no junior account managers learning on your dime.
Local focus. Ready to scale.
US-only clients on US infrastructure — and built to grow with you when you add a crew or a second market.

How long before this pays for itself?+
Longer than it would for an emergency trade, and we'd rather say so. Quote follow-up usually shows up first, inside the first 60 days, because bids you had already written start closing. Search rankings for the remodeling terms take three to six months. If you need calls next week, Google Ads is the lever, not SEO.
Should I really put prices on the site?+
Not fixed prices, but ranges. "Most of our projects land between $45k and $80k" loses the enquiries that were never going to happen, and wins trust with the ones that were. Remodelers who add a range almost always report fewer leads and more signed work.
I don't have good photos of my work. Is that a problem?+
It's the single biggest one, and it is fixable. We'd rather shoot four projects properly than publish forty phone snaps. Our paid social service includes photo and content support. In the meantime we build the pages around scope and detail, so they stand up before the photography lands.
How is this different from the general contractor pages you already run?+
Home Services covers GCs who do a bit of everything. This is for operators whose money is in major renovations, additions and whole-home work. The decision is slow, the ticket is high, and the portfolio decides it. The architecture and the follow-up are built differently as a result.
Can you handle design-build as well as remodeling?+
Yes. Design-build searches behave differently again — more research, more comparison, often an architect involved. They get their own page and their own content rather than being folded into the remodeling copy.
What about the leads I quoted last year?+
That list is usually the fastest money in the engagement. We build a follow-up against your old bids in the first month. Plans change, budgets free up, and the remodeler who is still in the inbox gets the call.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, month to month. You own the website, the content, the photography and the lead list. If you leave, it all stays with you.
