We've looked at a lot of Austin practice websites. The same four things hold them back.
Twelve reviews against their four hundred.
The corporate group down the road asks every single patient, every single visit. You ask when you remember. A new patient comparing two map results sees the gap before they see the dentistry.
The recall list quietly goes cold.
Six-month cleanings are the most predictable revenue a practice has. Without an automated reminder, the patient moves, forgets, or finds someone closer to the new office.
Invisible for the treatment that pays.
You rank for your own name. You don't rank for Invisalign, implants or braces — the searches where a patient is picking a practice rather than confirming one.
One patient instead of the household.
A parent books a cleaning. Nobody asks about the other three people in the house. The family that could have been four chairs stays one.
Get found. Get booked. Keep the family.
Three phases, wired together so each one makes the next cheaper.
Get found.
Top of the map when someone searches "dentist near me" or "Invisalign Austin." A profile that is actually filled in, reviews that keep arriving, and a page for each treatment you want to be known for.
- Map-pack rank lift in 60-90 days
- A page per treatment, not one services page
- Profile posted and photographed monthly
Get booked.
The ask goes out by text while the patient is still in the parking lot, when the visit is fresh and the phone is in their hand. Every review answered, in your voice, including the ones that sting.
- SMS review request after every visit
- Reviews from six platforms shown on your site
- Negative reviews flagged to you within the hour
Keep the family.
Recall reminders that go out on time. Treatment plans that get followed up instead of filed, and a nudge for the rest of the household once the first visit goes well.
- Six-month recall on autopilot
- Unaccepted treatment plans followed up
- Family booking prompt after the first visit
What a practice partnership feels like.
Three things you'll see in your schedule, your phone and your reviews.
Top of the map in your neighborhood.

“Booked the whole family in one call, and they ran on time. The hygienist explained every step.”

The text goes out while they are still in the car. Timing is most of it, and it is where the chains beat you today.
Austin Dental & Ortho
New patients seen this week. Most PPO plans taken.
One tap to book, from the phone.
Insurance answered before they scroll, a number that dials, and a booking form short enough that a parent finishes it.
Everything a practice needs to grow.
Every channel is run by the same in-house team, so the website, the ranking and the follow-up work together instead of five suppliers blaming each other.
Local SEO

What the first 12 months look like.
Honest milestones, based on what practices see when everything runs from one place. No hockey sticks.
Foundation in place
New site live with insurance and booking answered up front. GBP dialed in. Review requests going out after every visit. Recall reminders switched on.
Map pack climbing
200+ citations cleaned and built. 30+ new reviews on the board and arriving steadily. Treatment pages starting to show up in search.
Top 3 in the map pack
Turning up for the treatments that pay, not just your name. Recall running itself. The review gap against the corporate group is closing.
Families, not patients
Households booking together. Recall predictable enough to plan staffing around. Reviews keep building, so each new patient costs less than the last.
Built for the businesses that built Main Street.
We work with the small and medium businesses that keep American neighborhoods running, and a dental practice is one of them.
Not a one-man shop
Not a freelancer juggling six accounts. A senior team across web, SEO, ads, design, automation and account management — and the people who pitch your account are the people who run it.
US practices only
We don't take national brand work or e-commerce. We take US local businesses, and we know what a new-patient search looks like in a metro like Austin.
Specialists in local
Local search is its own discipline. The map result, the review cadence and the recall list decide a practice's year, and that is the work we do every day.
Every channel, one team
Web, SEO, reputation, email and Siite OS — all in-house, all wired together. So each channel multiplies the next instead of fighting it.
One team, no ticket queues
Email or call — you reach the same humans every time. No outsourced support, no junior account managers learning on your dime.
Local focus. Ready to scale.
US-only clients on US infrastructure — and built to grow with you when the second location opens or the associate comes on.

How fast will new patients show up?+
Review velocity moves first. Most practices see the rating shift within 30 days, because the ask finally happens on every visit. Map-pack lifts land in 60-90 days. Treatment pages take longer, usually three to six months, because those searches are more competitive than "dentist near me."
Is asking patients for reviews allowed?+
Asking is allowed. What is not allowed is paying for reviews, or only asking the patients you expect to be happy. We ask every patient the same way, which is both compliant and the reason the cadence holds up over time. We never write a review on your behalf.
Can you compete with the corporate dental groups?+
Yes, and usually faster than you would expect. Groups spend heavily but move slowly, and their profiles are often managed from another state. The map pack rewards local relevance. A practice with a dialled profile, steady reviews and real photographs beats a corporate listing more often than not.
Do you handle orthodontics differently from general dentistry?+
Yes. An Invisalign or braces search is a long decision. It needs its own page, its own proof, and follow-up over weeks. A cleaning search is immediate and local. We build for both rather than putting everything on one services page.
Will this work with our practice management software?+
We integrate with the major platforms — Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve. If a direct integration isn't available, we run the review and recall workflows through Siite OS alongside it. Your existing system stays where it is.
What about patient privacy?+
Nothing clinical goes anywhere near a marketing message. Review requests and recall reminders carry a first name and an appointment time, nothing more. If your compliance officer wants to review the templates before launch, we expect that and we'd rather they did.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, month to month. You own the website, the content, the profile and the patient list. If you leave, it all stays with you — we don't hold anything hostage.
